I am a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist (was called Womens Health) so have the best knowledge about your changing body during this exciting time. I am also a Pilates instructor so I bring some Pilates exercises into my classes, always keeping them safe for you and baby.
Claire uses her anatomical physio knowledge, Pilates and Yoga expertise to form an enjoyable class to:
• create flexibility
• strengthen and tone
• connect to your breath
• prepare your body to get you ready for that next stage in your life
Yoga has been proven to be very beneficial to women during pregnancy, labour and beyond.
Suitable from 12 weeks on.
There is parking in the school car park available for mums, please walk the short distance to the Sports Hall where the class is in the Dance Studio.
